Ukrainian Association of Pediatric Urologists (UAPU) is a professional association uniting leading specialists in the field of pediatric urology across Ukraine.

Mission: To ensure that every child in Ukraine has access to state-of-the-art treatment for urological conditions, based on international standards and evidence-based medicine.

Vision: Building a robust professional community that serves as an authoritative voice in shaping national healthcare policy and a leader in implementing innovative medical technologies.

Technological Leadership: Promoting and expanding minimally invasive techniques (laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery) as the gold standard of contemporary pediatric urology.

Evidence-Based Practice: Adapting and implementing up-to-date clinical guidelines established by the European Association of Urology (EAU) and the European Society for Paediatric Urology (ESPU).

Professional Advocacy: Representing and protecting the professional interests of medical specialists in collaboration with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU).

Board of the Association: Defines the strategic vision and general direction of the organization.

Executive Secretariat: Led by the Association Secretary, responsible for official documentation, legal filings, organizational management, and digital transformation.

Scientific Committee: Oversees scientific research, educational programming, and conference organization (including national symposia such as the "Surgery at the Peak of Knowledge" conference in Bukovel).
